Empire state building in the early morning light framed by a tree
a shot I have had in mind for weeks and until last friday, hadnt found a spot to capture it, but got into the city early and strolled around and caught this shot which I actually really like which is unusual for me :)
Thank you for taking the time to visit. I really appreciate all your comments, and welcome any critique as I am learning the art of photography, and having a blast with it

Oh niiiiice! REally well framed with the trees. This is really effective.
I had done something along those lines a year or so ago but it was a wider shot of the city framed by trees. And it was an evening shot.

Like the composition very much and the light is so warm! One critique though, I don't like that 'aminus'-thing right in the middle of the image. Is that really necessary? I mean yes, by all means a label but in the middle??

You are right to like it and I'm supresed you don't love it!!! It amazing and one of those shots that i think would be difficult to find (as you have noted). Its a cracker:-)

Nice framing J. juts one tip. I could be wrong but the building seems a bit too golden. perhaps the white balance was set too high or was it just the sun. it's a nice capture nonetheless
