Another street Festive display along Madison Avenue

Getting ready for a work trip from the 29th so may not be able to check all your posts but will do as and when I can
@Zing: they may be the only cute soldiers around, and speaking from experience I was one for 12 years a long way back

It's a lovely view with all of these friendly soldiers lined up! I love the way they dress up the cities in the US ... it's big, bigger, biggest and a real joy for a photograph! Thanks for you nice comment on VFXY, I still have to figure out how everything works.

goodness i miss street names like 'madison avenue'... so quintessentially NYC... i used to have a PO box on Madison Avenue -- it was like my dream of living in NYC came true!!! everyone thought it was my actual residence -- and of course i let them believe that! *wink* :) your photos bring my heart back to NYC... keep it up! i will be moving back in a few short months!!! beautiful shot!
