Cable Car

This is the cable car that runs from Manhattan to Roosevelt Island, taken just after my walk through Central park and heading to office looked down the street and saw this view and though it was worth a shot

There's a sense of 'War of the worlds', like giant metal warriors entering the city with dastardly deeds on their minds. What a beautiful capture against the golden hue, absolutely stunning. Fisrt class JJ

I've always wanted to ride these but never got around to it. Someday maybe I'll get back to NYC. Great photo. Nice sunset and silhouette effect plus the buildings form sort of a canyon view.
