Leaving on a jet Plane

Well Alas my time in NZ was limited and this marks the end of the shots of the trip, I think this was actually taken prior to landing, but seemed an appropriate way to close out this series, thanks for all the visits and comments on this series
Thank you for taking the time to visit. I really appreciate all your comments, and welcome any critique as I am learning the art of photography, and having a blast with it

I can just imagine what it must have felt like to leave that incredible country, JJ. Do you have plans to go back or was it a once-in-a-lifetime trip? And see...the earth really IS round. :)

I love these out of the plane shots. For me it all part of the excitement of travel. A lovely view over NZ and thanks for sharing your holiday, it has been a great series.

I've always enjoyed looking at your photos on your blog and on your flickr site. The picture of the earth from the plane brought back memories of when I flew over Japan years ago. It was spectacular. In 2003 I was in Australia for two weeks which was amazing. I've never been to NZ though. Enjoy your blog. Keep up the good work! Thomas the Baguette.

Such as a shot has to be done. I usually geta seat over the wing so not often I can catch something like this. A fitting to shot t oend the series.
