FF Mascalli and buildings

I posted a closer in shot of this Memorial for Fire Fighter Mascalli a little while ago and meant to follow up with this shot but it slipped my mind, so hear it is

Thank you for taking the time to visit. I really appreciate all your comments, and welcome any critique as I am learning the art of photography, and having a blast with it

I like your use of dof to include not only the firefighter but the building as well. I'm not sure what story this is telling but assume Mescalli was a hero.

Yes great job of positioning both the statue and the house so the firefighter still probably remains the primary subject but the house is quite prominent as well - really nice image JJ
