The road often travelled

Posted by
JJ (Jersey City, United States) on 12 June 2010 in Landscape & Rural.

Last week I was out at a conference centre out at Glen Cove in Long Island, NY, its such a nice area around the conference centre so I got out for walks both mornings there and this is one shot I got on the walk.

I liked the road disappearing off into the distance and wondering where it leads as I was walking along it, which I guess is a lot like life we are never sure where the road of life may lead us, so we should make the most of every opportunity that comes our way in life.

So I will take this moment to again hope that the powers that be both in BP and government do all that they can to clean up this disastrous oil spill quickly as the damage done worsens each and everyday. and meanwhile we should all strive also to do what we can to protect this fragile planet we live on, each little thing to conserve resources, may seem small and pointless singularly, but if 100's or 1000's of people do the same the impact starts to become clearly evident, lets all make a small step each day, lead by example and hope others follow our steps

PS, Zoeys progress is going well in the right direction, no major progress to report but seems Drs are happy with her progress
